I've started my first proper diet day. I had weetabix, sultanas and milk for breadfast and I've just had a banana for a snack. The sun is shining so the thought of having to wear shorts is keeping me going. I had a healthy tin of tuna with tomato and olives for lunch but nothing for an afternoon snack. I'm going to have to find something healthy to have later, maybe a yogurt! I've got to try not to eat too many dairy things though and think of other snacks. I know, I could buy some nuts to snack on. Not roasted or salted though!
All I can think about it food!
