I have done one complete diet day and I feel thinner already. Well it was not perfect, I was supposed to have a handful of cashew nuts in the afternoon and I ended up having 3 handfuls and I was supposed to have a hot milk in the evening and I put a whisky in it. The rest of the day was perfect though so I'm not going to dwell.

I weighed myself at boots last night and I am actually 11 stone 13 pound so that is going to be my official starting weight. Ideally I want to loose nearly 4 stone but I'm going to set realistic goals and aim for half a stone at a time.

My goal now it to get to 11 stone 6 pound so that I can have a pampering day. It will be worth it when I'm lay on that couch having a back massage!
