Yesterday was a good day. I had a few too many cashew nuts in the afternoon but apart from that it was a great day. I had one bottle of beer in the evening and that helped me to have one of the best nights sleep I have had in ages. Sleep is one of the key things to a healthy diet I've decided.

I'm happily tucking into my grilled chicken breast with beetroot and I'm not even thinking about bad junk food.

Going to start doing a 30 minute walk per day from today. Tomorrow is a trip to the bullring so many miles will be walked tomorrow.
